Encountering the World Tree

  • Black Mountain, NC 28711 (map)

Learn the tree mythology of many cultures! 2 days of creative meditation and personal expression honoring the Archetypal Tree.

Trees hold the world together, linking the visible with the invisible. Generous of spirit, they provide not only food and shelter, but beauty and wisdom as well. Teachers of growth, depth, and transformation, trees are revered around the world for healing and prophecy.

We’ll construct a hand-crafted “tree” and make prayer flags as we explore our relationships with the inner-outer landscape.

Creative reverie among the trees, hands-on expressive arts, and group discussion round out this celebration of the Archetypal Tree. Join in this 2-day experiential event!
